But it’s about just winning. There’s no substitute for that.

This isn’t radical, it’s what every parent expects at their own kitchen table, and it’s what Florida is going to deliver to every Florida student.

You cannot let the borders of our country be blown wide open, and then talk about well, we need people in this field or that field, and not actually have consistent immigration policy.
