They were given the best possible deal, more generous than anybody else across the globe, and it's something that they turned their back on.

This started with political people starting gangs there for their own benefit. And most of the politicians there are beyond guilty of pillaging their own country instead of doing something good for their country.

The updated measure is "not quite as ridiculous this time as it was the last time … but still significantly ridiculous."
