I need to correct a mistake, in that it can create situations for harmful algal blooms, but what I am speaking about specifically in my questioning are the algal blooms that are already present on this freshwater lake that reach a level many times--60 times--too toxic for human contact, according to the EPA and the Corps of Engineers.
