I will educate my colleague that the United States of America goes to the greatest lengths to use the most pinpointed weapons, at great expense, precision weapons over and over again, so that if any civilian is killed, it is tragic, but it is never anything more than an accident because of the efforts that we go to, to be pinpointed in any strike that we carry out.
