I respectfully ask that as you develop the fiscal year 2020 Interior, Environmental, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, the Committee will continue to fully fund--not increase--the National Estuary Program at the authorized level of $750 million.
Requests continued funding for the National Estuary Program.
