I don't think there is a single Member of Congress that likes the word homeless.

I am especially chagrined today to hear that we actually penalize married people or couples.

This is basically an unfunded mandate from the Federal Government on local government, something that we always swear that we won't do.

Shouldn't the capital and operating costs of safety equipment be paid for by Brightline, the people who benefit from it?
