During his service, Congressman Hall has been one to reach across the aisle and forge bipartisan coalitions to support important legislation. And no program, in my view, has benefited more from his bipartisan commitment than the United States space program. Representative Hall has been an especially strong voice for our Nation's human space flight program, which has benefited not only Texas and Florida, but has propelled our Nation on a path of unprecedented scientific and technological advancements. We can all learn a lot from our colleague. Congressman Hall leads by example, and he is well known for calling a spade a spade. His word truly is his bond, and you can always take that to the bank.
