Mr. Speaker, on May 27, 2020, two American Astronauts were scheduled to make history as our nation returns to human space flight. Due to the historic nature of this event in my District at Kennedy Space Center, I missed two votes. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on rollcall No. 110 and ``nay'' on rollcall No. 111.
