Would the Senator also agree that when you look at the list of all the institutions that support this lending facility, they are some of what we would think of as the most conservative organizations, and they are very much in favor of this?

It is the research and development that allows this country to move forward.

I would not want us to be there second because what is to say, if you recall the history of China, the Spratly Islands in the South China Sea, and suddenly they are claiming that is their territory.
