Mr. President, I thank my colleague for his leadership, and I wish to ask my colleague if he is aware of the testimony the commanding general of U.S. Southern Command, General Kelly--a marine four-star general--gave to the Armed Services Committee and to the Foreign Relations Committee recently, in the last couple of weeks?

One of the reasons you and I were able to accomplish so much on this committee is both of us worked very hard to keep politics out of NASA and to focus on the core mission of exploration.
Everything that we are doing is being approached in this commercial public/private partnership.
We are on the same page, and NASA owns and operates that local public water system, so we have every reason to continue this investigation.
