Our decision is that it is more profitable for us to go to the South Pole of the Moon, because we think that is where the water is.

Our seed corn is research and development. We do not want to ever give that up, and that is the mission of NASA.

I would say that there is a significant difference of opinion about that.

I want to see it increase and, thus, all the more reason that you all need to keep us out of budgetary chaos.
