We have been discussing this Energy bill. At 10 o'clock this morning, I had discussions with the chairman of the committee and the ranking member. They were trying to work out some language to solve the problem with regard to drilling off the coast of Florida, and it is 6\1/2\ hours later, and I still don't see any of that language. So I was going to go on and continue to explain the background on this amendment, unless the chairman of the committee had something he wanted to share. I will yield to him without giving up my right to the floor.
