I support the Senator and his amendment. There are certain things in life, if we apply our efforts, our research, our development, our technology, we can ultimately lick. One of them that, of course, we are working real hard on is cancer. One of them, another big killer, is heart disease. And clearly the plague of AIDS is one of them. I support the Senator and thank him for bringing this amendment to the floor.
