I was shocked, visiting some of the agencies under the jurisdiction of the Commerce Committee, highly technical agencies, NIST, NOAA, NASA, et cetera, and what I had found with regard to one of those agencies right at the turn of the new administration was that the word has gone out that they were not to use the two words, 'climate change.'
