Mr. Chairman, I want to take the opportunity, particularly, to tell our Democratic members of the Committee that, apparently, we just received word that there has been an agreement on the tax issue, and, therefore, if that is true, when we get to the floor in just 35 minutes, it looks like we're going to be able to proceed without that controversy that previously we had known about.
