What we have here and the hundreds of millions of dollars if not billions of dollars that we are talking about is all based on the idea that CO2 is heating our planet.
I regard that as unconstitutional, under the INS v. Chadha decision from 1983.
if he thinks that carbon dioxide doesn't cause any human health problems, I'd invite him to put a plastic bag over his head, tie it tightly around his neck, and see what happens next.
I think that the premise that we're operating on in this hearing is just wrong.
