I have an amendment at the desk. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: Amend the title so as to read: ``Making continuing appropriations for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Bureau of Indian Education, and the Indian Health Service for fiscal year 2014, and for other purposes, although we prefer--and would support--a comprehensive, clean continuing resolution to end the government shutdown.'' The SPEAKER pro tempore. Under clause 6 of rule XVI, the amendment is not debatable. The question is on the amendment offered by the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Grayson). The question was taken; and the Speaker pro tempore announced that the noes appeared to have it. Recorded Vote
