I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 574, after line 17, insert the following: ``SEC. 6552. STUDY ON SCHOOL START TIMES. ``The Secretary shall conduct an assessment of the impact of school start times on student health, well-being, and performance.''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 125, the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Grayson) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Florida.
