Under every arithmetic, old math, new math, poor school districts, wealthy school districts, all across America, those numbers are going up. Those numbers mean more money to those States for the important task of enforcing child support responsibilities by all noncustodial parents. So despite the references to the smugness, despite the fact that we have been accused of being in the pockets of deadbeat dads, the numbers continue to climb for administrative costs.
