The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the Community Advantage Small Business Lending Companies program in the final rule of the Small Business Administration entitled ``Small Business Lending Company (SBLC) Moratorium Rescission and Removal of the Requirement for a Loan Authorization'', issued on April 12, 2023 (88 Fed. Reg. 21890). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 847, the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Bean) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
