“Mr. Speaker, America has spoken. Our country has told us clearly: It is time to go in a new direction. It is morning in America. As the sun rises, it brings hope, optimism, and opportunity, but it also brings the realization that we are in a mess. President-elect Trump appointed Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead the Department of Government Efficiency.
