There is a good compromise out there, and I think if we are smart and don't give up today, we will find it.

We cannot build the vertical infrastructure if the horizontal infrastructure is not there to support that.

I am pleased to support this legislation.

So I believe there is some room there that we can relax some of those financial requirements with the application.
