Do you agree that the Department of Transportation should support more robust regional planning for transportation emission reductions?
The President has just announced increases in the fuel efficiency standards so that by 2016, I believe, our fleet has to be up to about 35 or 36 miles per gallon.
Do you believe that the federally supported projects that reduce transportation emissions should be a goal of climate change legislation?

Our economy cannot survive dependent on old, dirty fossil fuels--we must break free of our dependence.
Clean energy does create jobs. This is a story we are hearing throughout Delaware.
