As the Postal Service struggles with trying to figure out how to be vibrant and play a critical role in the 21st century, they are looking to close down not just post offices but also distribution centers.

Many Americans believe that those of us here in Washington are not capable of doing the hard work we were hired to do.

Have all the agencies met this goal?

What I want to make sure is that we figure out what the problems are, the major problems are, and to make sure through executive action and through legislative action that we are actually going after the root problems.
