There's a new manufacturing facility in Ohio for CFLs and newer expanded facilities in North Carolina and Florida for LEDs.

I do think it's a great thing. For us to be doing something constructive in a bipartisan way in this Congress is encouraging to me as well.

I think standards really do a number of things for this country in the area of the products that we use every day.
