Ambassador Sherman is extraordinarily qualified to be the Deputy Secretary of State.

We are very focused on making sure that they understand what choices they're making here.

I will implement that priority wherever feasible to assist Taiwan to maintain a sufficient self-defense capability.

I think that there will be actions for accountability, whether that's at the ICC, at the U.N. Human Rights Council.
