I am encouraged, frankly, that the sanctions are having some real impact.

I think it is critical that we move forward in the bipartisan way that this committee has proceeded to deal with Iran.

We will know rather quickly whether we are beginning a serious negotiation or whether we are moving down one more road that leads nowhere.
