I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 62, after line 2, insert the following new section: Sec. 609. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to fund any portion of the International activities at the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy of the Department of Energy in China. The CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of Thursday, July 14, 2011, the gentleman from California (Mr. Sherman) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from California.
