The cases were brought last year. Prosecutor has urged speedy trials, with which I agree. And this is now in the hands of the judicial system, not in our hands.

I will not be intimidated and the Justice Department will not be intimidated.

The purpose is to prevent guns from being sold to prohibited persons without a background check.

That conspiracy theory is an attack on the judicial process itself.
