Make no mistake, we will ensure that the Department of Defense has the resources it needs to protect our country.

We want to see Russia weakened to a degree that it can`t do the kinds of things that it has done in invading Ukraine.

We need resources matched to strategy, strategy matched to policy, and policy matched to the will of the American people...
