I also have made the point over and over again to our colleagues that this is not a Cold War confrontation between Russia and the United States that this is about the U.N. Charter, is about the values that we all have signed on to, to be members of the Security Council, and that they couldn`t sit on the sidelines on this. They can`t take a middle road.
