You know, we had 14 members of the security council today say to Russia, loudly and clearly, that`s what they are doing in Ukraine is unacceptable.
So, we don`t want to treat them, even though they are a permanent member of the security council, they are not behaving with the responsibility that we would expect of a permanent member of the Security Council.
We have used the Security Council, we have used the General Assembly to isolate Russia, to condemn Russia, to kick Russia off of the Human Rights Council.
I can tell you that the Russians were making every effort to intimidate and press those countries away from supporting this General Assembly resolution.
