So, we don`t want to treat them, even though they are a permanent member of the security council, they are not behaving with the responsibility that we would expect of a permanent member of the Security Council.
We are stronger than we ever were before in terms of the European Union, NATO. All of this was not part of Putin`s plan. I think he thought that we would start to fray around the edges very, very quickly.
It means that President Putin is continuing to escalate this war in a manner that is totally unacceptable.
