Gary Gensler: “rife with fraud, scams, and abuse.”

We have great respect for the courts. I personally have great respect for the courts.

Chair Gensler said there were many more disclosure rules coming down the line.

That is because--and with all respect, that is because they are choosing to try to not comply with U.S. law.

I really do think it is such a privilege to serve and the important thing we do is we look out for 330 million Americans.
