We have great respect for the courts. I personally have great respect for the courts.
I think that the Congress' wisdom was to have an agency to oversee disclosure-based markets where issuers are asking the public to buy and sell their securities.
The only thing political is protecting the American public, which I think Members of both sides of the aisle will probably agree with.
