Eric Holder: “Let me be clear. Translate my 'appropriate' to 'no.'”

This is a slam dunk. I mean, this is not -- this should not be a difficult case to resolve. This is a classic Section 2 violation of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, the crown jewel of the civil rights movement.

I think we`re going to see indictments here. Now, I don`t know if they`re going to involve ultimately, the president. But I think those near to him have criminal liability.

The Republicans right now just ain`t that much into democracy.

It's a question of whether or not it was, you know, malfeasance as opposed to negligence.
