Yes, it`s likely that this is not going to be a good night for democracy. But that doesn`t mean that the battle ends tonight. It means that, you know, I`ll be working with Marc, and we`ll be coming up with more lawsuits.

I think it`s all part of a piece in the sense that our democracy is under attack we have to understand how fragile our democracy is.
I think we`re going to see indictments here. Now, I don`t know if they`re going to involve ultimately, the president. But I think those near to him have criminal liability.
I think people at the Justice Department are certainly going to be examined. Certainly people who were involved in the matter actually there on January 6 and people who directed them.
