No one is above the law. But where it is clear that a government agent has acted in responsible and good-faith reliance on Justice Department legal opinions authoritatively permitting his conduct, I would find it difficult to justify commencing a full-blown criminal investigation, let alone a prosecution.

I think people at the Justice Department are certainly going to be examined. Certainly people who were involved in the matter actually there on January 6 and people who directed them.
It's a question of whether or not it was, you know, malfeasance as opposed to negligence.
