The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division B (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the United States Postal Service to-- (1) implement any approach in the report of the Office of Inspector General of the Postal Service on May 21, 2015, entitled ``The Road Ahead for Postal Financial Services''; or (2) carry out any pilot project pursuant to the report. It would bar the United States Postal Service from expanding on its current offerings of financial services and banking products.
