If the gentleman is so concerned about the millions of parents who can't afford to send their children to private schools, his caucus had the perfect opportunity this year, because they have such a strong majority, to, in fact, pass voucher amendments, and they refused to do so for their own schools. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2\1/2\ minutes to the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Connolly), my friend.
