You remember how our colleagues said, for 3 or 4 years now, that the Senate refused to do a budget; and if they would just do a budget, then maybe the kind of meetings we've all been calling for would happen and we could work together? They did a budget, and still we get no action so that we can sit down and try to work the sequester out.
