The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: TITLE IX--ADDITIONAL PROVISION Sec. 901. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to relocate the National Institute of Food and Agriculture or the Economic Research Service outside of the National Capital Region. The CHAIR.
