I say to the gentleman, paying Federal taxes, that says everything about the desire of citizens of Washington, D.C. to be equal, that we are quite willing to continue to pay Federal income tax. And I appreciate his amendment. We have rejected his amendment because we want to be full citizens. That means paying our share.
