I actually agree with the chairman, and the chairman has consulted with us on these changes, which are technical in nature. I do not oppose this amendment. Indeed, I want to thank our chairman for working with us before this committee markup on this bill on some additional technical changes. Mr. Chairman, I yield back the balance of my time.
