I am pleased to support H.R. 5889, a bill to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1 Chalan Kanoa VLG in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, as the Segundo T. Sablan and CNMI Fallen Military Heroes Post Office Building. Mr. Speaker, I yield such time as he may consume to the gentleman from the Northern Mariana Islands (Mr. Sablan), the author of this bill.
