As the cochair of the Quiet Skies Caucus and the Member who represents the District of Columbia, which is plagued by aviation noise, I would like to use this opportunity to highlight two provisions I got included in the House-passed FAA reauthorization bill, the Securing Growth and Robust Leadership in American Aviation Act, to combat helicopter noise.
