Eleanor Holmes Norton: “So you don't think you are the people who ought to be regulating?”

I would like to thank subcommittee Chair Rick Crawford for holding this hearing on transportation regulations.

Ranking Member Holmes Norton and Representative Ezell have championed bipartisan legislation to fight freight fraud, which is destroying small trucking businesses every day.

This process is key to our democracy. It provides avenues for every citizen, lawmaker, and stakeholder to provide input into the rulemaking process.

I have urged the administration to remove these troops immediately.
