The amount otherwise made available by this Act for ``Operation and Maintenance--Environmental Restoration, Formerly Used Defense Sites'' is hereby reduced and increased by $1,000,000. Ms. NORTON (during the reading). Mr. Chairman, I ask unanimous consent to waive the reading of the amendment. The Acting CHAIR. Is there objection to the request of the gentlewoman from the District of Columbia?
