I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. The amount otherwise made available by this Act for ``Operation and Maintenance--Environmental Restoration, Formerly Used Defense Sites'' is hereby reduced and increased by $1,000,000. Ms. NORTON (during the reading). Mr. Chairman, I ask unanimous consent to waive the reading of the amendment. The Acting CHAIR.
