I believe strongly, Anderson, that when it comes to V.A. and national security, we can't make this a political issue.

I do believe that our unions are productive partners with us, and I do really appreciate the collaboration that we have because I believe that they care about getting the right services to Veterans.

It is my hope we can work together to ensure talented medical professional remain in the VA to deliver quality care to our veterans.

We want to make this easier for veterans to access private sector services when they need it, when it is the best thing for them.
