Because of the actions we have taken the United States is stronger economically, diplomatically, and militarily than we were 3 years ago.

That statement is incorrect.

We have managed to move to a better trajectory politically to get back to a clearly mandated democratic government.

We are working to do that. Obviously, in the countries that have been on the receiving end of coups, there are some limits that we have to abide by.
